In the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger stands the Carelles parcel. Planted in 1996, this plot is a natural treasure, set in pure chalk soil that imparts a striking minerality to its wines. Its name, “Les Carelles,” echoes the chalk blocks once quarried nearby.
